I am Ashka a teacher, coach, and initiation facilitator based in London.
With my extensive experience and training in various movement modalities, and a deep interest in depth psychology, I offer a unique approach to holding space for awakening to life rooted in embodied wisdom and authenticity.
I teach private and studio Yoga classes both in SW London and online, and offer workshops and international retreats in both Yoga and Embodiment.
I work with both women and men wishing to deepen their capacity for embodied, relational intimacy.
My teachings are an invitation to welcome more PLAY and PLEASURE into the experience - doorways to healing and to a deeply INTIMATE and fulfilling life.
