With our lives becoming increasingly more distracted and mentally demanding, causing stress, anxiety and overwhelm, Mindfulness Meditation provides a powerful tool that allows us to return to the stillness of the mind, teaching us how to cultivate a moment-to-moment intimacy with our experience. It is an essential skill for living a meaningful life.
I teach body and breath-based mindfulness meditations that helps quieten the mind, expand your sensory aliveness and deepens your self-awareness.
Our work together may include embodied movement and writing to support your practice.

HOW IT WORKS
Private sessions take place at your convenience in the intimacy of your home.
Our initial, often 8 weeks or longer, commitment, provides me with a more detailed insight into your needs and objectives and allows me to tune into your process in a more subtle and individualised way.
Before we meet, I offer an initial 15 min phone/video call consultation. It is vital for me to make sure we are the right fit. We then schedule an introductory session to allow me to further understand your needs and create
bespoke weekly sessions designed to support you and your life.
It is my utmost wish for you to see and experience a tangible shift in your well-being within a short period of time. However, it is vital to understand that each process is unique; healing and growth cannot be rushed.
Our work together is a mutual commitment to the journey.
