I have been guiding private clients since 2012, and over the years I have developed a deeply intuitive approach to meeting their moment-to-moment needs. I offer Yoga for all levels of experience, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners. 

Rooted in the traditional Yoga asana, my style addresses Western research in anatomy, biomechanics, mindfulness and embodied movement.

This holistic approach works with the physical, emotional and mental aspects of you and elicits greater body awareness and experience of inner aliveness.

Depending on your current needs, the teachings may emphasise a correct skeletomuscular alignment e.g. working with injury or pain. When going through periods of elevated stress and anxiety you may be encouraged and guided to find release and emotional stability by engaging in a more spontaneous, body-led practice with less verbal instruction.

 

 

 

 

Drawing on variety of modalities, I ensure your practice is both challenging and nourishing leaving you feeling restored and energised.

I offer sessions for couples and small groups.

Sharing a practice weaves a subtle bond that helps deepen your mutual sense of empathy and understanding.

It is through this sharing of your strengths and vulnerabilities that you learn to build a greater connection and trust.

All sessions are tailored to address your individual needs.

 

HOW WE WORK

 

Private sessions take place at your convenience – in the intimacy of your home, online or at my home.

We enter a minimum 3 month container to support you in deep, embodied transformation. 
Our initial commitment, a minimum 12 weeks or longer, provides me with a deeper insight into your needs and objectives allowing me to tune into your process in a more subtle and individualised way.

Before we begin, I offer a complimentary 15-min phone or video call consultation. It is vital for me to ensure we are the right fit. After that we’ll schedule an introductory session which will help me further understand your needs and create bespoke weekly sessions designed to support you and your life.

It is my utmost wish for you to see and experience a tangible shift in your well-being within a short period of time. However, it is vital to understand that each process is unique; healing and growth cannot be rushed.Our work together is a mutual commitment to the journey.

Payment.

All initial classes and packages are payable upfront without refund. 48 hrs cancellation policy applies. It will be possible to reschedule classes cancelled before that. Sessions are payable by cash, cheque or electronic bank transfer.
